Where's The Last Guardian?

Yesterday Sony revealed "Rime", a game that looks a lot like ICO (mixed with a little Zelda Wind Waker). That reminded me about The Last Guardian, a game I completely forgot about it since it's been in developer hell for the better part of 6 years now.

Sony has said that it's still in development, but what do you guys think? Is it still coming? Will it be on the PS3, PS4, or both? I imagine they've spent millions already on it, so I think it will come out on both systems hopefully next year.

Recent interview with Team Ico's Ueda saying the game is still in development, but that the studio working on it are also working on Knack and Puppeteer and those are taking priority over it

And what about The Last Guardian, an ambitious game that's been subject to rumors of cancellation and/or a "hiatus" as recently as this June? "It's under earnest development," Ueda said. "However, SCE Japan Studio, who's working on The Last Guardian, also has titles like Puppeteer and Knack, and those are only the ones currently announced. Those are taking priority right now."

Two more chances to hear about it in 2013 I think. The Sony Presser on Sept 9th, and then TGS on Sept 19th.

Hopefully the game will come out eventually it looks too damn awesome not to be released

I hope it comes to PS3 but I think by the time it's released it'll be PS4 only. I've been waiting patiently for this for a looooong time. Going to be waiting a lot longer I fear

Development will have switched to PS4 mid 2011 I still stand by that until proven wrong
