It sucks that I'm so far away from the store, but does Futureshop and other stores price match SIG?

I asked FS once to price match SiG and they did. But they said they don't usually do it and they wouldn't offer the additional 10%. Worth a try.

Thanks for the quick reply. This all depends of course on me getting to Futureshop, which is still an hour away. If I do, I hope I get an employee who doesn't know SigElectronics is another hour from Kitchener/Waterloo. I think the distance pretty much negates the price match, but I will try none the less.

It's annoying that SiG has flat rate shipping at $9.99. Unless you are looking for a few titles from them and could somehow make it worth doing?

I'm running dial-up and I simply cannot load SiG's website on my browser. There are certain sites where all images are loaded separately, and the function buttons are images as well. This means every single one of them is trying to load simultaneously. I sat waiting for over ten minutes for the site to load once, and then it said connection timed out. Tried it one more time with the same result. I can get words, but when I click a link on their site I won't go to my desired destination because my browser is still navigating the home page. Frustrating, but I'm used to it with many other sites as well.

I've tried multiple browsers as well, all with no luck. Still, there's only a few movies I'm wanting right now so I couldn't possibly find enough titles to justify the $9.99 shipping rate.

I went there a couple of weeks ago when they had 8 things I wanted. Quantum of Solace was $24.99 then but I got all 8 for about $150.

There's nothing I really want now or I would offer to grab you a copy and mail it to you.

you can find a used copy of quantam of solace @ rogers video, they have a special on, 2 for $30 used BDs. just in case anyone misses this sale

I appreciate the thought, but I'm not too desperate for it. I've seen Quantum of Solace(rented), and simply loved it. I'll buy it, but I can wait for a good price. Plus, the NHL playoffs are on and I'm having a hard time finding free time to watch Blu's. Plus, the weather was so nice today I was outside for 14 hours. Just too many distractions from Blu-ray watching...

And Croshow, thanks for reminding me. If I'm heading to town it's very likely I'll be hitting up a few blockbusters and Roger's videos as well. Have to cover all my bases. Hopefully there will be a little more selection than the stores I was at on Monday. There were a lot of Babylon A.D and Bangkok dangerous.
