Sorry if this isn't the right board for this type of question. Anyway I bought Sweeney Todd and it didn't come with the $10 MIR form. Does anyone know how I can contact Paramount to request one (I know Buena Vista mailed me a couple for free when I e-mailed them, hopefully Paramount is as kind). I checked all over their website but I couldn't find any qay to contact them.
