Sony BDPS300 and "Doubt" - Blu-ray Forum

I have a Sony BDPS300 [upgraded with firmware 4.5] and it will not play sound on the film "Doubt". Any known fixes?

Still getting sound from other BD? If so it could be a bad disc. Also check your connections and make sure they are tight.

Yes, other BD's play with audio and connections are secure.

I'd exchange or return the dvd and try another new one.

(Where did you buy it ,,anyway....?)
