This unit is for Europe. Looks promising:

'Außerdem verspricht der Hersteller einen "Quick-Start" innerhalb von Sekunden'

Supposedly it will 'quick start' in a matter of a few seconds. 24P, DolbyTHD, HDMI 1.3, all developed in house; if it had DTS HD-MA it would be the perfect 1st Gen player.

Though I don't live in that market, it is excellent to see so many different manufacturers supporting Blu-Ray.

Oh NO! Not another "buttons on the top" unit.

I love my S300, but that design layout drives me nuts!
Come on... every time you need to operate the unit it's like feeling-up your girlfriend in the dark.

Hardware manufacturers.... please stop doing this!!!

Nice!

Forget about the player for a second. This is the first story I have seen on Google news linked to this site. Congrats to Blu-Ray.com and Josh you have recognition!

Looks like it's the new trend. They are moving away from the status quo!
Anyway, good to see so many BD players from different brands out there
Unlike the DuDs A1 A2 A3...A10. When will they learn to give up?!!!
GO BLU!

Thanks for the memories. LOL. On a few occasions the lack of light even turned out to be a plus.
