It's about suicide, but in a positive way, showing suicide is bad. It's a love/comedy/drama A really good movie, check it out. Here's the imdb page:

I watched this on DVD a long time ago. I thought it was a great dark comedy. It's not depressing, and the guy driving the cab made the entire movie worth seeing. Minimal and perhaps not even a spoiler:

[Show spoiler]It's just so funny that where you go after you off yourself is exactly like the living world, just a LITTLE BIT WORSE.

It's a movie that does not need the Blu-ray treatment, IMO. Rent it and watch it now.
