Default Zoom In on Blu-ray
Okay, I'm sure this has been discussed before but I must have missed it...
But why don't we have the option to ZOOM IN on Blu Ray?? I have a 46" widescreen HDTV. 1:85:1 movies take up the whole screen and 2:40:1 movies have the black bars. Shouldn't we, the viewers, have the option if we would like to zoom in the 2:40:1 movies a bit? Sometimes I would be willing to lose a little bit on the sides to get the movie to fill the screen- but we are not given that option on Blu Ray.
Is a ZOOM function going to be available in any future Blu Ray players?
