Pretty cool looking fan made film inspired by notes in the appendices of the Lord of the Rings book. It follows Aragorn as he sets out to find the creature Gollum and discover the truth about the ring.

Wow... that's some pretty impressive production value for a fan-made short film. In particular, the battle sequence was amazingly well done. So many times you will see these independent film shorts attempt physical combat sequences only to look like they are holding back or the timing is really weak. Not in this case.

You have to turn up the volume on the actual movie player, its defaulted to low.

Anyway, I thought that its probably the best amateur film I've ever seen. Then again, I haven't seen many amateur films.

my god... this is really good, i'm very impress by the quality of this short film i hope they will do others short films like this in the future. again really good work to everyone involved in this beautiful gem of a movie it really felt like we were back in middle-earth.

This was fan made?? Exceptional work by all of those involved in it. This just transported me back to middle earth. Now I have to watch the films again. Great job of a short film. This one is probably the best I have ever seen.
