Default Computer Help... Please

let me start by saying i figured this was the best forum to post this in...

i am in the process of looking for a couple new computers for work. i work in a small company of about 15 people. im the youngest one here and no one else really knows anything about technology. (im talking old guys who barely even know how to use the internet) we are wanting to beef up our company a little and get a few more computers. we have 3 computers now that everyone shares, but we are looking to possibly get up to 3 more. i just dont really know what to look for. im good with computers and i know how to use them, but im not too savvy when it comes to the specs of the machines. i know they are looking at spending around 700-900 per machine. that would include everything with screen and printer and all. we dont need anything that is awesome by any means. the thing we need it most for is to make flyers and run our website. im thinking we would probably pick up photoshop element to help with the flyers? can you guys help me to know what im looking for?? i trust this community will point me in the right direction. im not up to date with all the different processors and such. we just need a couple computers to run the internet, be able to update our own website and to make nice sales flyers and we dont want it to be crap in one year. any suggestions??
