Does anybody have any screen shots or details about the packaging for Star Trek original motion picture collection?

The last packaging shot on the Amazon listing page is the only one I've found that shows any specifics about the slipcover art.

Oh that's a good shot. You think they'll be in cardboard cases or plastic blue cases?

Here are photo's of the UK set. I assume it will be the same for you, there is a detachable card piece on the back of the plastic slipcover, which will no doubt be different in different territories.

The ratings are stickers on the plastic slipcover, so they can easily be changed for different territories without altering the rest of the package.

That does look pretty damn nice. I was never really into Star Trek. I was a young kid and it just never caught my attention. I'll be checking out the new flick and possibly buying this set for a good price.

It's actually grown on me. I didn't like the individual sleeves originally, at least, I didn't like the front of them with the crew portraits, but I suppose it does make for a nice uniform look to the set. It's not really clear here, but they are all printed in a metallic, silver ink too, which is quite nice, and the back covers have the metallic sheen too.

And the Trek emblem on the front of the box with the Enterprise in it, is a 3D lenticular image.

Those are some nice photos bellesprince thank you for sharing those. If anybody has a US version please post. In the Amazon.com photos it looks like they are all 6 in seperate cardboard cases, but of course they'll probably be in plastic blues like the UK version.

As far as i know our set(NA)will be the same design as the UK set which is a good thing because their boxed sets up until now have been far superior to those we have received in past Trek boxed sets. The TOS Season One Bluray set is the first set Stateside that i've actually been happy with and the movie set should continue the basic design.

The only one I want, even though it has the worst music of all: 80's music, is IV. I know they're is going to be a 1-6, 2,4,and 6 sets, but are they going to sell them separately?
