Help Please! - Blu-ray Forum

I have shap TV and it has that 3:2 pull down, but i don't know how to turn it on, i looked in the manual and it says to go to the menu. I found it but it has a little circle with a line through it and i can't select it. If anyone else has a sharp can you tell me how to get it to work please.

the best thing i can suggest is go to www.sharpusa.com click on support and tell them the kind of tv you have and your problem
