This title appeared on the Dutch release list. The title is prepared for a release in september. Probably it will be accompied by a 1080p/24 AVC coding and a DTS HD MA track. No news on the extra's, but probably it will have the same set as the HD DVD counterpart.

When I saw the title of the thread I nearly wrote congratulations and who is the lucky lady.

Great film, never bought on DVD so I will pick this up is transfer is good.

As much as I love this movie, I probably won't buy it on blu if its just a port of the HD-DVD. I got it on HD when it came out and the PQ was all over the place on it.

I personally found it very tough to watch. Hopefully this film will get the treatment it deserves when it comes to its Blu-ray debut.

Not all Uni's will be ports. As I became to understand only those movies with a good PQ should be direct ports (with the addition of DTS HD MA). The "problem" movies should get a new treatment. So let's hope this is one of those...

DONT BOTHER Buying the first version, they will only bring out another 'better' version. Just to milk more money out of us. It's a FARCE.

Then why buy anything if you know there will always be a better version to come along?
