Default Panasonic UJ-225s and Windows XP

I use a Panasonic UJ-225s drive in a 17 inch MacBookPro with Bootcamp. When i try to play Blu-rays it works but the movies are always stuttering. The firmware is Q110. I tried Total Media Theater.
Any solutions or am i missing something?

all the drivers are up to date, my dell xps has the 8600GT as well and it runs them great so yours should be able to as well

tbh im not to sure about bootcamp and how that really effects performance though as opposed to natively running it on a PC

But which firmware version does your drive have? I have also seen a driver for this drive but can't download it:
