Er, not as safe as you think...
These look like the first "B" titles out the door, to clean up the catalog, and which could be rushed onto to DVD and generate catalog income without any demand for remastering, extras, etc.

The flagship Miramax-iconic titles they want to sell on Blu (eg. Shakespeare in Love) would be a little longer in coming, since they require an actual bit of work.
Wouldn't rule out FDTD, though.

I would be in for a couple of those but why put out the PG-13 version of My Boss's Daughter?

Yeah and neither does any other American studio. The one thats out now is from Alliance which is a Canadian company. I own it and think it's a pretty good release and i doubt Echo Bridge will do much better.

Very disappointing if all we get on Blu-Ray is the R-Rated cut of Hellraiser 3.

Might pick up Jersey Girl ... really enjoyed that movie, though I'm not a big Ben Affleck fan. George Carlin was actually playing a role that wasn't comedic in nature.

I really hope that Jersery Girl would include the uncut version. I know we won't get it, though.

Was Hellraiser 3 decent? I know 2 was awesome, I hope Anchor Bay or whoever has that one gets around to it soon.

Hellraiser 3 is.... decent. The first two are great films, 3 is when it starts to stumble.

But it also does a lot to explore Pinhead before he was changed by the Lament Configuration.

I really wish one day we would get a Director's Cut or something of Hellraiser IV though. That on would have been a lot better if they hadn't butchered a lot of the story before releasing it. The bootleg cut, which I don't usually endorse, should really be released by the studio.
