Elite or KRP and Speakers?

So I bought a Sammy PN63B550 and decided that although it is a good picture I want deeper blacks. When I discovered that KRP-600M was the same price as the Samsung I was floored. I'm returning the Sammy and planning on getting a Pioneer.

A few considerations. I just had neighbors move in upstairs and in the first day they came down do complain that their floor was shaking. The noise isolation between the two apartments is very poor I'm discovering. So while I could save money on the TV and consider upgrading my fronts, I'm not sure I would be able to unleash them. Will a few bass traps help keep their floor from shaking?

So I'm thinking of just buying the 151FD because I can enjoy the picture without my neighbors complaining and wait on buying the speakers when I get a house. I guess I could just get a 600M and save the $1200 difference for the TV +stand.

Just looking for a little affirmation. Long time lurker, first time poster.
