Default HELP: Pixelation problem while watching USB movies thru my Blu-Ray player

I am trying to watch movies (720p or 1080p) from my USB key through my Sony blu-ray player but the image is covered in pixels. WHY? And how do I fix it?

Dose the manual say that the file type/s are suitable?
Also have you formatted the key how the player likes, fat32/ntfs?

Saying to you that my oppo dose this/that/ the other is no help to you
