24 Season 7 region locked or not? And does it have Dutch Subtitles?

Hey,

I'm from Belgium and i was wondering if 24 season 7 has dutch subtitles on blu-ray (if so on every disc?) cause Prison Break Season 3 has dutch subtitles to.

And what about that region lock? Some people say that Disc 1 can play everywhere, other people say it is region locked.

Can somebody help me with these two questions? I'm a big 24 fan and in belgium we only get this blu-ray in november.

I, too, would like a definitive answer. Are only a number of sets having a region-locked disc 1? Or all of them?

mine has a locked disc 1, the rest are region free, tested on a uk ps3.

it comes up with a message with a red fox logo on the background.

just tested it and there is only English, French and Spanish.

well i tested all the discs apart form disc 1, to be honest i never thought that disc 1 would be locked and the others wouldn't. Because i have never heard of it happening before, now after looking it up it's happened on dexter? And i had also been told it was region free when calling dvdworldusa, so assumed they tested disc 1. So really fox suprised a lot of people with this one.

The triangle and square hack doesn't work, and if it did work on some fox/new line titles then im sure they have disabled you bringing up the menu on that screen.

Sigh. OK. Argh. I really should make the break and get a second region free or region A player. This whole region locking is just infuriating and I've been tippie-toeing around it for too long.
