Pre ordering from HMV

I've never ordered anything from HMV before But I want to pre order Heavy Rain because HMV has the CE. I want to know if they are reliable enough that the game arrives on or before the release date because I don't want it to get to the release date and not have it. I could go into the store and get it on release date if this is going to be the case.
