If I buy a Blu-ray movie or game on Amazon US would it work on my PS3?

Note: I'm from UK if you didn't see m y location

you just gotta make sure which region the game/movie is specified for and if your ps3 can play play that region or not.

Since you're from the UK, you're in Region B as am I.

And as I understand it, PS3 games are all region free, but I'm not entirely sure if every single game is region free.

that's why you gotta make sure before purchasing it , is there anything specific you are looking to buy ?

EDIT I am getting Boxset of Burton/Schumacher movies soon from Amazon UK so no point buying them from US one.

from prices ive seen, isnt it dirt cheap to buy movies in the UK(amazon.uk), compared to the US
