slipcovers?!?! - Blu-ray Forum

what are these?!!? i keep hearing about 'em around the forums....is this the sheet that has the PICTURE of the film, spine, and film info on the back!?!?

i am SO lost!

ps. google was useless...all it did was lead me to blu-ray.com

It is the cardboard cover that comes over the case. It usually the same image as the cover art but sometimes a bit bumpier or shinier. Some people love them. Some people feel they are a waste of trees. They are usually limited to the initial run of a movie.

OOOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ok thanks! My transformers BR came with that...i threw it out to fit in my dvd stand =/ but im gettin a bookcase soon so i guess ill keep whatever new ones i get ^_^
