Are there curently any UK models that allow custom firmware to be installed. I read that it can be on the Pioneer 150 but it has to be on firmware 1.02, not much chance of sourcing a player with that low firmware now!

Most Panasonic Blu-ray players, recorders and home theater systems can be made multi-region for DVD and Blu-ray with firmware.
