acer aspire 6920 wont play Blu-ray :( - Blu-ray Forum

hey, im new to this forum so please be nice

, im pretty basic with my computer knowledge so your have to talk english

, my dad has a acer aspire 6920 and i have tried several software and everytime when i try to press play it says insert disc. too be honest the laptop was second hand so i do not no what software or drivers have been uninstalled so could to with some help with pointers and directions

First things first. It won't play Bluray if the drive is not a Bluray one. DVD players will not play Bluray discs. Also it has to be HDCP compliant etc. etc.
Suggest you Google for info on system spec's etc.
