I need remote & headphones

I'm looking to finish off my new home theater system with a universal remote and a decent set of headphones. First the remote, I need to control my AVR, TV, & motorola dvr cable box. It's not real important to control my PS3 yet, I got a deal on a PS3 remote & don't want to spend the money on the Harmony adapter ($60) for it. I'm thinking I need one of the Harmony remotes to control everything, but there are so many to choose from. You can see from my signature that I have a budget system, so I can't see spending more than $60 on a remote. I need it to be simple enough for my 6 year old & wife to use & fairly easy to set up.

Now the headphones, I'd like something that sounds decent, is comfortable, & won't break the bank. I spent $360 on my entire speaker system & want to keep the headphones price well under $100.

I have selected all my components on a value basis. I'm very pleased with the overall result. So my final 2 components should be "best bang for the buck". I have no problem with buying refurbs. Thanks for any suggestions.
