Now that the other thread is locked, we need a place to followup whether or not this hot deal is honored by WB.

Maybe we can do it something like this:

Order Confirmation: (mm/dd/year) (the time would help too)
Account Charged: (mm/dd/year)
Shipped on/received tracking info: (mm/dd/year)
Received: (mm/dd/year)

Just use this template and update the information in your original post as it becomes available. Please let us now about each order if you did more than one.

Feel free to include any other info that you feel is pertainent: availability of items when you ordered (ships within 1 day or 5), total # of items, total price, etc.

It was locked because of the bickering, insults , etc and the fact that it was dead. Same thing will happen here

Call them. If you bought as a Guest the only way I know of tracking your order is by calling and providing them with your order number.

Have any of you gotten an email about your order shipping? I just got mine and it says the price is $10 more. I'm wondering if the email just isn't showing the FANDANGO promotion or if I am actually getting charged 10 extra bucks.

I've heard reports of that happening, but the price should be correct on your bank or credit card statement. Depending on what payment method you used, check with your bank or credit card company to see if you were charged the exact amount as was stated on your invoice.

got shipping confirmation for the first of two orders i placed. price on the confirmation email was the same as my initial order (which included the fandango coupon).

only unusual thing is this:

- i have an account using my main gmail address
- i placed the order as a "guest" using a secondary gmail address
- order confirmation was sent to my secondary gmail address
- shipping confirmation email was sent to my main gmail address

wtf? really strange... but who cares... got it for cheap & it shipped

my is doing similar. i placed an order in an account, then cancelled it and placed an order as a guest. now my guest order is showing up under my account but when i click the link i get the same message as you.

I don't have anything showing up on my credit card. My second order doesn't even show in order history. I guess I get to play the age-old waiting game.

Heh, never mind. I just received the shipping confirmation for the order I'd been billed for. For what it's worth, all the movies in that order are individual titles. None of my orders that included box sets have shipped yet.

Mine shipped and the shipping email does not indicate a $10 off coupon applied. However, I remember seeing this in my old orders as well. Don't worry your credit card will be charged minus $10.

I just checked and I had an email verifying that my first order shipped. The total in the email did not include the FANDANGO code, but the amount charged to my account was the correct amount. I dont think you need to worry.

So I called wbshop this morning and they told me my order is in process, ready to ship. It will go out this afternoon or tomorrow morning at the latest. It seems like inventory is back in, but they're still fulfilling all the orders from last weekend's pillage...err... sale.

The CSR who I spoke with (very nice and courteous btw) said I would be receiving a shipping email once its out.
