Default Movie production company?

Does anyone know of a movie production company whose logo resembles a bear made out of (or including) Ursa Major, otherwise known as the Big Dipper? I'm sure I've seen this at the beginning of some movies...

orion? thats the only logo i know that has stars in it...

The first one that sprang to mind is Orion, but obviously that is a different one entirely.
