If you buy a BD player in Europe, and bring it back to the US for use playing Region B/2 discs, does setting the output to HDMI 1080p and upconversion for all video to 1080p HDMI negate the problem with PAL/NTSC?
In other words, does converting all output to 1080p mean both NTSC and PAL discs will play into a US market set that, for 1080i and below, accepts only NTSC? |
