Question HDMI Chords

I've heard it a few times. But I'm not completely sure. I have heard of TV's with up to 5 HDMI slots. But I'm wondering, is it the more you have, the better the quality?

nothing to do with quality. the more you have the better just because you will have more HDMI ports to connect your devices.

More inputs has no impact on the quality of the TV.

Correct. Having multiple HDMI ports is handy, and it helps keep options open for future expansion. However, the only thing it improves on is the features of the TV set, and it has nothing to do with picture or sound quality.

For instance, I have 3 inputs on my TV. But I only use one, because I use the switching capability of my receiver to switch between sources. If I didn't have the receiver, I could still have my 3 sources connected to the TV. It's all about convenience.

I've played keyboards and guitars for years. I heard of many different kinds of chords. Never heard of HDMI chords. What are the pitches that constitute an HDMI chord?

I've heard of HDMI cords, however. I've also heard of HDMI cables.
