Default Blu with the best special features?

I'm sure there has been a thread before about this topic but I couldn't find it so I'm starting a new one. I want to know which blu-rays out there have the best special features? I'm particularly interested in extras that are lengthy. For example, I recently purchased The Green Mile and one of its bonus features is a making of doc that is almost 2 hours long! What other blu's out there have special features like this? Doesn't have to be making of doc's but I am looking for lengthy supplements. Thanks!

Blade runner has an amazing amount of special features. Plus it includes 5 versions of the film.

I agree....Blade Runner has been the best so far. A shame Ridley didn't monitor the transfer of Gladiator and give us a set like Blade Runner.

That is the one I would chose. Everything, but the kitchen sink is included in that awesome release.

Does Final Fantasy: The Sprits Within still have the "Thriller" video render/parody? If so, that's my nomination

Blade Runner would be at the top of my list. also Wizard of OZ seems to have a plethora of extras (don't have the set yet but apparently it has a 6 hour doc, tons of featurettes and even a made for TV movie staring john ritter )

Wall E is also packed with great special features including the brilliant feature lengh doc on the history of Pixar, that Doc was goo interesting it could have been it's own release

That new Wizard of Oz set has a 6-hour-plus documentary on the MGM company, plus like 24 hours worth of other extras and tons of collectable items and stuff. It would be a good bet

The Matrix has a making of documentary that is over 2 hours long with four feature length comentaries and 18 additional featurettes, over 3 hours of movie music plus music videos, trailers and TV spots.

If you buy the box set for the trilogy then you get about 35 hours worth of extras. Probably the most extensive package ever made.

Superman Returns has an incredible 3.5 hour documentary detailing every single step of the movie, from initial conception to post-release. Even if you weren't a big fan of the movie, learning how it came to be is still an amazing process to watch.
