Drake's Fortune Glitch?

I'm on the Fortress area (about to go to the Waterway). I climbed up those steps and saw Ellie's parachute and you walk up and you're supposed to hit triangle (when it shows up on screen) and it'll cut to the scene of you sliding down that cable.

But it's not showing the triangle. I've gone through this three times now and I've died a few times trying to jump and grab the cable (even though I know I don't do that) because it won't show the triangle to trigger the cut scene.

Is this a glitch or is there something I'm not doing?

Plus when you look up at the parachute, it used to have Drake say "that could be either very good or very bad" now he's not even saying that.

If i remember correctly,you have to climb the broken stones and then into the window.Anyway it's not a glitch but the triangle there is a bit tricky...happened to me

I'm in the window, I've walked around every inch of that window sill, and even hung out the other side....the triangle hasn't even flickered on screen.

And I've beaten the game before, so I know what I'm supposed to do it's just not happening for me.

Restart the chapter and see if it does it again. I just got past that part yesterday and I had no problems.

I've restarted the chapter, I've gone back to the main menu and continued, I've shut down the game, and played another game for awhile, loaded Drake back up and it STILL is doing that.

Can I do that? ha ha.

*sigh* I was going back and getting all the treasures. The next treasure is not until that next chapter so if that's possible, I'm all for it. lol

EDIT: nah I can only go up to Fortress.

I've tried everything. I've spun around, walked to the edge where I'm teetering, with one leg off the ground, I've climbed out on the ledge, etc.

Also for some reason the audio is not on that scene. The sound effects, music are but the dialogue is not. And I have it set on subtitles so it would print what was being said, and he's no longer saying "that could be either very good or very bad" anymore.

I'm getting ready to load up the game...*fingers crossed*

My Uncharted started doing something just like this right before the disc became completely unreadable. If you have the means, I'd try borrowing someone else's disc and try that. Once I realized it was the disc I got a new one, and problem solved.
