Faroudja DCDi CINEMA question.

I have the Onkyo 706 , a LG 50PS30 and will end up with a higher end LG , Samsung or maybe Panny BD player when HT is finished ( nothing hooked up yet )

With those components ( all HDMI of course ) will the Onkyo even be using the Faroudja ? Is it or will it be an automatic thing ? I didnt buy the Onyko because of it , but ive been reading good things about the ' cinema ' version of the Faroudja . So the more features i can use off the big beast the better
