Pre-terminated Speaker Cables and Standard Speaker Wires

If my speakers have Binding-Post Speaker Terminal plate for Pre-Terminated cables, but my AVR has only spring-loaded connectors for standard speaker wires then how can I connect speakers to AVR?

Would I need to buy a connectors like these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...SIN=B000QIZXHG and attach them to one end of the speaker wire ?

So, one end left for spiral connection to AVR and the other end with the connectors to speakers?
