I was wondering if anyone's heard of a movie about a girl that after getting struck by lightning can talk to animals. Later gets struck by lightning again and loses the ability. These are the only details I have. Has anyone ever heard of this movie? If so, what is it called?

I can only think what women want, are you sure you didn't replace women with animals?
