warranty question - Blu-ray Forum

anyone have any luck getting the manufacturer to do a warranty repair after the warranty lapsed ?

my toshiba 32" lcd went POP then dead. 14 months old, about 5 hrs a day usage

i am trying just that. but when i talk to all parties, the info changes. they may be trying to get me to give up, but i am going to keep pushing it.

They'll probably reduce the price to repair it, but a free repair on an expired warranty, doubt it.
