I haven't seen this in like ten or more years but I'm immediately remembering the hilarious instant messenger conversations in this movie and it's making this a must-buy.

Not a fan of Miranda July personally (thanks to "The Future") but I know a lot of people who revere her so hopefully this is big news for them.

In the museum of Criterion Collection films, this one should be placed in the same wing as Armageddon and Tiny Furniture.

I can't remember if I've ever seen MAYAEWK, but I do know it's not a real high priority for me to watch (or re-watch). The only thing I remember about this is that it's got "that guy from Deadwood" - LOL.

I never trust anyone’s opinion when they say Armageddon is bad. Also I like this movie and will definitely get it! I love Miranda July and all those extra documentaries look fun!

This was the first movie I saw on campus, at orientation, when I went to Uni to study film. Memorable, not great. I wonder if Happy Endings, Murderball or Mad Hot Ballroom Criterion (also at the theater that night) will be soon to follow. There's a lot of 05 movies that lack Blu-rays, come to think of it.

What does "actively disliked" mean? Did you have a fit or seizure during the movie? Did you feel triggered in some way?!?

I actually thought Me and You... was actually a better film. But I enjoyed both movies when I saw them.

This is a surprise. I had a dubbed copy on vhs I made many years ago. Came across a dvd at goodwill last year and thought it was gold. Would love to have all those extras.

Personal 2005 favorite alongside Noah Baumbach's THE SQUID AND THE WHALE, very happy and looking forward to release.

Michael Andrews' score gets a special mention, these two cues in particular:

^ I regularly listen to this fantastic score.

Also, if you haven't heard it, I can highly recommend Michael Andrews' Spilling a Rainbow album.

I like the film fine, but putting Lena Dunham in the extras is pretty aggravating.
