So pretty much the embodiment of life against the embodiment of evil. Not sure who'd win, hope it'd be Phoenix.

This is much better than Phoenix vs Hulk. But seeing how Apocalypse was beaten to death by Magneto (with a little help from Nate Grey) in the Age of Apocalypse, I'd go with Phoenix.

Well I remember how they took him down on the show. Cable destroyed his rejuvenation chamber and then a bunch of psychics blew him up. Phoenix is more than capable of doing both of those.
