Just Cause 2 - Blu-ray Forum

Just an FYI for everyone hoping to PM this at FS. I went to FS today to pricematch Just Cause 2 which WM has advertised for $39.99. FS has this game for $69.99. The cashier told me that she was notified to not price match this item. I asked her why and she replied that her manager just said no. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that since this title was advertised as a "limited quantities" in the WM flyer FS would not PM it. I then pointed to the WM flyer and explained to him that it did not say "limited quantities", it says "limited time offer". He brought the FS price match handout and underlined the fineprint which states that "limited time offers & limited quantities do not qualify for a price match". I argued with him (even though he was right) and he eventually gave it to me at $39.99 without their price match policy (10% of the difference). He stated that if he were to give me 10% of the difference it would bring the game below cost. This is pretty shady of FS.

Crappy. Limited time offers should not be excluded IMO since most flyers that people do price match, have items on sale for a limited time(eg. 1 week).

My apologies. I was actually looking for this thread. I didn't notice the WM in the beginning which threw me off. I'll double check next time before creating a new thread.

went to walmart, they didnt have any ps3 copies of just cause 2, so i grabbed the flyer and went to futureshop. they price matched no problem, even though the flyer only had the 360 version in it at $39

Now that I am finished GoW3... time to play another game.

Got mine today at walmart for 39.93$ great game so much fun.
