Default Invader Zim

INVADER ZIM

I loved this show. It was very dark for Nickoledeon, hence why it got cancelled, but it was absolutely hilarious.
This is one of the best animated shows to ever hit TV.
oh, how I miss this show.
Does anyone here actually have the
"Invader Zim Complete Series DVD: House Box Set with Extra Disc and Gir Figure?"

I remember seeing it at Best Buy in 2005, I regret not buying it then...... It is just so freaking cool!
Now it's Out of Print... and the bids go to extraordinary prices, which is too much for me.
I bet the people who buying for such a high price are just Collectors, and not actual fans of the show like myself.
I wish I can find one from about $100-125, but the bids go so high it's not even close.
If anyone actually has it here. You are so damn lucky! I am holding out for one for a price that is not too insane.
It's sad to think at a time it was actually $25.99.........

I purchased it for a friend one day when it was sub-$25. This is just crazy collectors gouging what they know they can. You can get the whole show for under $50 bucks on amazon right now. You just won't get the house box set. They have season 1 and 2 for 44.xx right now. And yes, there were only 2 seasons.

And yes, this is one of the best animated shows of all time, right alongside The Boondocks. I can;t put one above the other.

"WHY IS THERE BACON IN THE SOAP!?!?!?!?!?!"

I found one secretly hidden on ebay for not a bad price, and only 2 people bidding so far (unlike others in the past that had like 30 people bidding on it), but it as about 4 days left....
Eh.. better than nothing.

I remember the House set, but ended up getting the 3 individual volumes. Great show; Viacom would've done well to continue it on another station.

With how dark this show is I really expected Adult Swim to pick it up. It outclasses Family Guy by far.

(P.S. Beware of torches and pitchforks now)

If Adult Swim existed back then, they should have started it there. Plus it would have been ever more darker and more violent, along with being hilarious.
I remember the day they premiered to this day. Or I think it was the first episode ever shown.
During an episode Slime Time Live they the audience did a vote on what show you want to see the first episode of the most The first episode of The Fairly OddParents or Invader Zim?
Sadly The Fairly Oddparents was voted by the audience by a larger majority, and was shown first. Then Invader Zim's first episode was shown.

I've got that house box-set. I wouldn't sell it even for what those so called "collectors" sell it for. Awesome cartoon.

If I found it on a website (not ebay) Brand New and for a decent price, but it says Backordered, do you think there is any chance I'll ever receive it>

I wish sometimes I'd picked up the House box with the Bonus Disc when I saw at Fry's for $20 within the last 2 years and no more sign of it. I least I got the Complete Series for $20 at an HEB Plus here in Texas. Fabulous show! Would of been great if they continued it.

I may have found this item (not on ebay) for $100 dollars. THe seller posted it on May 7th. Now I am praying he hasn't sold it yet.

My lady really loves this show and she found the first season at Hot Topic a while back. Then earlier this year, I found season two for $3 at an antique/junk/used store that seriously doesn't know what they have.

SCORE.

I found this ad in a different city on CraigsList through google search that was posted May 7th in like new condition and even comes with the Gir figure for 100 dollars. Great deal! She will ship it to me after she calculates the shipping. This is like the best day of my life. She just wanted to double check I wasnt a scammer, so I had to explain how I found her Ad on Craigslist since I am in a totally different city than her.

Sweet!
This is so weird since I made the thread the same day I found it online.

I certainly will! After years of waiting and search I finally got this. I am so excited!
I found on Craigslist in North Carolina and I do not live there.
I had to talk the seller in shipping it to me after proving I wasn't some scammer lol, since it seems weird someone not living there would buy. I found it in a google search, which was extremely lucky.
I got it for $100 dollars in Like New condition with $15 dollar shipping!
That is a great deal compared to the $300 dollars I would have to pay on Ebay!

I bought mine a Best Buy several years ago. I believe they had two versions, one was the complete set and one was just the house, Gir and the bonus disc. Since I had purchased the three discs previously, I bought the one without the DVDs. I got it basically free since I used a gift card from a rewards program. I had never even searched ebay for it since I already had it and didn't know it had gone up that much in value! I did notice that Amazon had a listing for different versions of the DVD. It looks like they are the on demand type thing since it said it would take a couple extra days to process the order. They came as Season One and Season Two, while the original discs were split into three different releases. I believe the bonus disc contains a unedited version of the Christmas special. I haven't even looked at the bonus disc since I bought it though...

I just got this from FedEx!!!!
Invader ZIM - House Box Complete Series/Set

I haven't watched it yet, but it says Interview With Kevin Manthei, Invader Zim Sound Design, Audio from Unfinished Episodes, Invader Zim Sample Soundtrack, and The Most Horrible X-Mas Ever [THE UNSEEN SECONDS]
It sounds like awesome special features to me! Especially The Audio from Unfinished Episodes!
