I'm not seeing this anywhere either. I looked under featured/special offers...and nada! Am I missing something

You guys are premier silver members right? If thats not the problem, i remeber last year they had the same thing but for Twilight New Moon

but for some reason it was only for the L.A. region i dont know if this is the same case here
