It takes very long to load newer discs and sometimes won't even play some. It needs a firmware update, but the one offered on the Sony set only offers firmware updates for PCs. I only have Macs in my house and the player doesn't have a USB drive. How do I update the player and where can I get the firmware update since I'm a Mac user?
