I think The Amazing Spider-man had a feature about the whole 3D shooting process on the 3D disc that was presente din 3D as well

The Wolverine 3D combo comes with the Extended Cut in 2D on it's own disc.

I might be wrong here, but I think OP's question was bonus materials exclusively on the 3D disc itself.

My favorite 3D extra is from MR PEABODY & SHERMAN. It includes a 10-minute Rocky & Bullwinkle short...in 3D! The last voice performance from the late June Forey (Rocky). And it captures the feel of the old show better than the feature. It seems it is only included on the U.S
3d release and nowhere else.

You are 100% correct: Special Features exclusive from the 3D Blu-ray disc ONLY.

It is rare; I know of none myself...but I don't take the time to check them all...that would be an enormous task.
It has to be more the exception than the regular rule.

The OP did not specify what kind of Bonus Features; so I think he meant ANY Bonus Features @ all; be it in 2D or/and 3D.

Priest has a Weapons and Vehicle Exploration in 3D featurette on the 3D edition only, but that's a 1 disc edition so I don't know if it qualifies.

Yes, the way the question reads, it sounds like the OP wants to sell the 3D discs out of multi-disc 2D & 3D editions and keep the 2D versions, but doesn't want to lose any special features so needs to know which 3D discs have unique features...
