Just wanted to warn people about the problems I have had with this company. I placed an order 3 weeks ago for a bluray. The item was in stock and shipped the same day. As of today the Bluray still hasn't arrived so I thought I'd give them a call to see if they could look into it for me (I had paid for Special Delivery so is traceable). The guy I spoke to was very rude and told me the item is on backorder. When I asked why had I received a shipping confirmation 3 weeks he said that it shipped yesterday. Confused? Me too. The guy never even asked for my order number and when I gave it him he said he didn't need to look into it and put the phone down on me.

Anyone else had problems??
