Mine came yesterday, it's due for release tomorrow. Thought I'd share photos and details on the set for those interested.

Comparison to Season 1.

It matches up perfectly on the spine, except for a slight difference in the blue banner.

The disc case is tinted red, like the alternate opening titles in the finale.

The back of both cases.

A handy little booklet with episode titles comes with it, as in Season 1.

There are 4 discs, 6 episodes on each except disc 4 which has 4 episodes.

Page 1 of the booklet.

Like I said, 4 discs, 6 episodes on most of them which is more than Season 1's 4 per disc. But Season 1 episodes were 10 minutes longer.

Commentary for 4 episodes: "Momentum Deferred", "Peter", "Brown Betty" and "Over There, Part 2".

Dissected Files (deleted scenes) for various episodes, all spread out over the discs with the corresponding episodes.

Analysing the Scene features spread out over the discs on various episodes.

The "Unearthed" episode which was deleted from Season 1 and aired during Season 2 this year is on the 4th disc under bonus features.

Other features on Disc 4 are: "The Mythology of Fringe", "In the Lab with John Noble and Prop Master Rob Smith" and "Usual Side Effects" (gag reel).

Unlike Season 1, the episodes don't play as soon as the disc loads up, and they're not in one complete block on the disc. However, when you finish watching an episode the next will follow right after it, even if you never pressed "Play All". Anything else you'd like to know, or any other photos you'd like me to upload, all ya gotta do is ask, and I'll see what I can do.

Thank you SO much for the pictures. I already have Season 1 and was thinking of getting Season 2 from the UK asap. Just waiting for a price drop.

Does anyone know where it's cheapest?

Wife is watching the Blu of season one as I type. Will need to pick that up once it drop's to around £20.

I bought 1st Season when it was like £18 but never heard much about it..

However I loved it so much I had to buy this on release and also got my copy yesterday and will start watching as soon as i'ved gotten through Office : Season 6, Tru-Blood : Season 2 and Supernatural : Season 5

Thanks for the pictures, it looks awesome, I'm gonna try and pick this up when I get paid this week, but I'm gonna try and find the cheapest since it is pretty expensive

£38 seems the cheapest online price from Zavvi, Asda etc..(Hut Group)

Amazon have the 1+2 boxset up for just over £40 now, literally six hours or so ago I ordered it off them for just over £45.

Going off the backcover it doesn't mention any Dutch/Netherlands subtitles just - English, Portuguese, French and Spanish

Nope, no dutch subtitles. Only English, French, Brazilian Portuguese and Latin Spanish.

Yeah, I was surprised too. Shame about the slightly lighter blue on the banner though. However the inner case spine doesn't match Season 1 very well, but at least the outer case does. One thing I really hated about the Lost BDs was the inconsistency of the cases.

Just another little note about this set - the menu are all the same on the discs! I don't buy many TV shows on BD, but with Lost I always looked forward to seeing what each menu was, and weather or not anything would happen if you waited a few minutes. Oh well.

Cheapest price I can find is £36.04 brand new on eBay, or next in stock price is £38.99 at Amazon. The series 1 & 2 double-pack is only £40.97 from Amazon! Hopefully it'll go down in price like S1.

Think I might get from Amazon Prime, when I got Season 1 it came the next day and I have yet to see Season 2 as I have been waiting for the Blu-ray so I can catch up then watch Season 3 on TV instead of watching the show online like I do with everything else.

Can't wait until Thursday now so I can get it

My copy of the 1&2 boxset arrived today, it's the same as the pictures above except the disc cases are together in a slipbox rather than separately in slipcovers.
