LOL yup not the most computer savvy person myself but I know more than both of my parents put together and for some reason I get blamed whenever something goes wrong with their dinosaur of a computer.

I've dealt with every one of those but the Kazaa one in the last month.

My favorite one was person x flipping out because Windows 7 doesn't act the same as XP when getting files off a camera thus, requesting XP be put back on.

So, I wasted a few hours putting 7 on (and all her other lame programs), only to get to redo it again with XP. Copy of windows 7 out of box just sitting there collecting dust now. Amazing.
