I tried connecting an LCD TV to a PC. The Windows XP start screen displays and the the screen is blue and wavy. It displays fine on a Dell PC monitor. Any ideas on how to get it to display? I am connecting it with a standard vga to vga monitor cable.

(1) Connect the video cable to the graphics card. S-Video cable may require an adapter to connect the graphics card to the normal S-video cable. (2) Connect the other end of the cable TV, using adapters as necessary. If your graphics card and TV are the same type of plugs do not need an adapter. Otherwise, you may need to use two cables with the adapter. You may even be able to connect the adapter directly to the graphics card or TV, and use a single cable that connects them. Turn on the television and computer. (3) Turn on the TV correct video. Depending on the TV, you can have multiple video channels, or up to several types of connection you are using a computer that has the right to pass.
