Default Universal Player

I want to replace my Pioneer Elite DV-AX10 with a top of the line universal player. I love Denon and was considering the Denon’s DVD-A1UDCI but Denon has already obsoleted it and stated they will not support 3D Blu-ray on the unit. Also there is no SACD or DVD-Audio over HDMI on the unit.

To me it seems Denon quickly obsoletes their products. So does anyone know when Denon might announce their next Universal Player if ever.

Now there is the Oppo BDP-95 or the Oppo BDP-93 that seem to do everything.

So my question is in the opinion of the forum what is the best top of the line universal player?

Are there others models that I should consider.

Current I use a Denon DVD-3800BDCI for my Blu-ray, and I use the Pioneer Elite for everything else.

Ideas,

Thanks
