no not exclusive to them, I think there will be also some other online stores like cyber-pirates.org or mediadealer that will sell it. Hopefully also our MM stores will get em for this low price

Can anyone confirm if House is actually uncut when it comes out? The previous German Blu Ray release was apparently cut despite the FSK 18 rating. I know it states Uncut but I've had problems in the past with specs listed for German discs not being accurate (particularly on Amazon).

I certainly will if no one else does, however, the whole point of this being an Austrian release is that it's Uncut. I don't think Illusions Unltd. would miss out on German sales just to deceive Austrians, as that's a MUCH smaller market--in fact many Austrian online shops simply sell German releases.

Thanks, I assumed it was a German version but only available on-line from Austria due to the strange laws around selling 18 rated films over the net in Germany, I didn't realise it was a proper Austrian edition.

Wow, that's very odd, given that both these reviews explicitly state that the German release is a BD-50.

I know that was the info I used to post about this release before...

I've asked Illusions Unltd. in English to confirm BD-25 or BD-50 for the Austrian release, and I've also e-mailed the reviewer at Wicked-Vision in English to ask if the German disc he reviewed was indeed a BD-50 or not, but it doesn't look good, folks.

Well, looks like I screwed the pooch on this import. My copy is still sealed but I really don't want it considering TDR is not dual-layered as reviewed (that's the last time I trust a German review on layering). Anybody willing to take it off my hands PM me and we can negotiate. I was asking US $55 but I can go lower.

What is the significance of it not being dual layered? Poor quality transfer? I see there is also a stand-alone of TDR. I have never seen the Director's Cut so I have no idea how much better it would be than the theatrical version, if at all. I am intrigued by this Director's Cut, though.
