saw the first episode tonight, it's like a TV MA version of Buffy & Angel meets Bones & Mr. & Mrs. Smith----and I like it!

i'm happy to see Tamara not only working, but, being the lead in a show and utilizing J.C. MacKenzie as the lead support is very well done.

i'm looking forward to the next episode which I will watch at some point over the weekend.

I'm on episode 6. Not my favorite style but it's turning out to be alright. I'm getting into it a little more as it goes and enjoying it enough to want to find out what is going to happen next.

I'm hoping a good story starts to unfold. They have been a little annoyingly slow and obscure about who they are who they are working for and what is actually supposed to be happening in this story. All we know for the longest time is that they are some kind of semi retired agents working for an unknown agency as some kind of trained secret monster hunters. And they throw in little bits and pieces of info here and there to gradually show us who these people are.

I'm still kind of on the fence on how much I'm going to like it, but by the end of episode 5 at least, I'm getting into more, enjoying the characters, and events are beginning to develop that look like they might be going in a fun direction.

I just finished the first season. It's alright. It took an interesting turn. I'll watch another season. I'm curious to see what they are going to do with it next. I hope it keeps getting better.

I still don't know quite what to make of it, six episodes in. If Sara is in season two, I'll be watching season two

I liked episodes 6 7 8 9 the best. Episode 10 kind of sets the tone for what might be to come.

Since

[Show spoiler] things flip flopped quite a bit and the war between humans and monsters seems about to become very different. Since they are doing the whole monsters are people too thing. It's not just about an organization of humans defending the world against dangerous monsters as they were implying at the beginning of the show. I get the impression that there will be some kind of emerging demonic threat that the monsters and humans will work together to combat. All the while also dealing with humans that remain prejudiced against the monsters and have a kill all monsters mentality. In a way, seems almost an X-Men kind of scenario. Mutants/monsters VS both humans and villain mutants/monsters. With some super natural elements thrown in.

We'll see I guess.

From the preview it didn't exactly present the direction this show would turn, but yeah by episode 6 the show is starting to peel away some layers to whats going on.

By the last episode I was thinking how the first couple of episodes barely gave you justification to continue watching this series. But oh my once the story backfill engine is going at a decent clip, this is a nice horror sci-fi series to take in. Recommended.

I finished this last week and really enjoyed it. I liked it from Ep1 to the last Ep. I’m a bit partial because I like the star actress from when she was on Bones.

I do like how it ended, I didn’t see it coming. I do hope this gets a second season.

Good audio, I hope next season they take more advantage of the Atmos system. They did a bit, but, not nearly as much as a show of its type should have. And yeah, it’s that type of show.

LOL@IMDB ratings do people not get it that you should watch the whole season before judging the whole show that is why IMDB made a section to also rate each episodes.


The pilot episode really was to give character development sadly when it got to the part in the ending it felt almost like a long wait. What I find odd the next episode begins almost like a first episode instead of a second episode but either way the end of episode 2 is where it gets good especially episode 3.

Episode 3 does follow one of the characters like in the graphic novels just wanted to point that out. Some changes in the show were approved by the creator of the graphic novel so that is also a good thing.


Hopefully Netflix gives the series another season not sure if V-Wars will get another one but I am happy to see Netflix taking a risk with IDW Publishing comics wish Jericho series could have gotten a reboot or continued on Netflix but it is just too late for it.

Spam for it on Netflix Twitter I doubt it would make a difference lately Netflix just cancels any of their shows especially new ones they seem to be wasting a lot of money and expecting some huge return.


But never hurts to try they use to be great bringing back shows that were canceled from cable networks back in the day but no longer.

Was so sad when The Gifted was canceled but expected that to happen when Disney took over wish Disney let the series continue until the Disney X-Men MCU started.


Disney X-Men MCU will get a sneak peek in Falcon and the Winter Soldier I just hope Disney could start thinking outside the box and stop worrying about making R-rated content.

I have tried watching this and I believe I am up to episode 6 but so far it feels like its not going anywhere. I will probably still finish it though but I'm not in a rush.

Episode 6 is where Alice is introduced and what happens to the sherrif at the end. The next episode explains more, and so on. The story telling of October Faction reminds me of the Witcher, in that as they progress through episodes they keep going back to the past to fill in a lot of missing details and the basis for the current situation.
