United Kingdom The Kids Are Alright - 21 March 2011

Play have this up for pre-order.

Extras include:
  • Feature commentary with director/co writer Lisa Cholodenko
  • The Journey to Forming a Family
  • The Writers Process
  • The Making of the Kids Are All Right
Haven't personally seen it, but read some good things about it.
Probably worth a watch at some point.

Every year seems to see the release a major awards contender in the form of a slightly indieish character-comedy-drama (Juno, Little Miss Sunshine, Sideways, Up in the Air), but this has been my favourite. Perfectly pitched, outstanding performances, one of my favourite films of last year. So I will definitely be buying this!

Saw this in the cinema towards the end of last year and loved it to bits. Definitely made it's way into my top 5 of the year and will be picking it up for sure.
