Goemon [JP 2009] - Blu-ray Forum

Warner Japan will release Goemon, the latest film from Casshern director Kazuaki Kiriya on Blu-ray Disc on October 9th. It will be available as a standard edition (one BD) and a limited edition 'Ultimate Box' with a bonus BD and a storyboard booklet.

Probably won't have English subtitles but this one should look great in HD!
Distribution rights for Germany and France have already been sold, TF1 Video will release it in France in November.

Hope they will release Casshern on blu-ray soon!

I enjoy Casshern. It is flawed movie but really impressive as Kiriya's feature-film debut.

Hope this 2nd effort will be better balanced. Looking forward to it!

My friend got this Japanese release in Tokyo, it's a box with 2 discs. He bought the second hand one with a good price - less than 3000 yen. The box looks fine, the discs look ok. Just the blu-ray.. no English subtitle.
