So I just got the Onkyo HT-S6300 Yesterday. However for whatever reason when I set the audio option to "direct" so that I can enjoy DTS-HD the subwoofer doesn't work. It works with every other setting i.e. "Theater", "Mono" "All Stereo" "Cinema" etc.
Also when I run the THX Optimizer Test on the T:2 Judment Day Blu Ray, and it runs through the speaker tests the subwoofer doesn't make a sound. When I however go into the Receivers settings to adjust the volume or distance to the subwoofer it does work there. So the subwoofer itself is working fine. I was wondering if anybody out there could give me some tips. I'm running the receiver to my PS3 with an HDMI Cable. I am using the PS3 as my Blu-Ray Player. |
